  • Service charge are charged based on the exchange rates & commission fees

  • Rates: 1 SGD = 1000 won, 1 SGD = 11,000RP, 1 SGD = 5RMB (May Change)

  • Commission Fee: Item cost: Less than $100 SGD: $1 per checkout fee, More than $100 SGD = Free (For China and Indonesia)

  • Item cost + 10% for orders below 200,000 won. Item cost + 5% for orders above 200,000 won. (For korea only)

  • China Available Platforms: taobao, xianyu, weidian, xiaohongshu, Website, etc

  • Indonesia Available Platforms: Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok Shop, Website, etc

  • Korea Available Platforms: Oliveyoung, Coupang, Daiso, Naver, Bunjang, Website, etc

STEPS TO PURCHASE

  • We will check availability & the conditions of the item

  • Once confirmed, we will send you the pricing

  • Make full payment first before we help to purchase

  • Items will be sent to the address you requested

📦 WAREHOUSE/SHIPPING SERVICE

  • We offer free storage for up to 30 days in our warehouse

  • A storage fee will apply after 30 days

  • Large or bulky items may incur additional charges

  • Prohibited items include perfume, alcohol-based products, animals, flammable or hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, and any illegal items are not allowed (Please check with us if you're unsure whether your item is allowed.)

  • $9.2/1kg by air shipping to Singapore (1 Week)

  • $7/1kg by sea shipping to Singapore (18 Days)

  • $6/1kg by air shipping to Malaysia (1 Week)

  • $15.5/1kg by air shipping to South Korea (10 Days)

INDONESIA SHIPPING

  • $5.50/1kg by air shipping to Singapore (1 Week)

  • $5.50/1kg by air shipping to Malaysia (1 Week)

KOREA SHIPPING

  • $6.50/1kg by sea shipping to Singapore (15 to 25 days)
